Terms of Use


Minimum order:
Atlas Specialty Lighting® requires a minimum of $25.00 for orders placed on our website.  For orders under $25, we will assess a small order charge equal to the difference between your merchandise total and $25.00. Shipping charges are not included.


The Seller’s terms shall prevail.

As a wholesale distributor, Atlas Specialty Lighting® has a minimum monthly billing requirement for all open accounts.  To establish an open account, a credit application is required. No C.O.D. transactions are allowed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for credit card transactions. The charge is subject to the terms of your credit card agreement and the approval of the Company prior to shipment. International shipments require prepayment unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Tax exemption:
We require a signed, dated Resale or Tax Exemption Certificate faxed to 305-888-2973 or e-mailed to: ar@asltg.com.  A certificate must be on file before an order is shipped or applicable sales tax will be added.

Shipping /Handling charges:
Shipping and handling charges are applied to all orders. Internet orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  Your order confirmation e-mail will indicate shipping charges applied to your order.  Shipping charges are based on the method of shipment and the weight and dimensions of your order.

Please note: Fluorescent lamps and other fragile lamp types require special shipping considerations.

Special Orders:
Orders for non-stock items or merchandise requiring special material or fabrication require payment in advance. All special orders are non-cancel-able and non-returnable.

Return policy:
All internet sales are final and cannot be returned. Should your order be received in damaged condition, please notify the carrier immediately.  If your order is received with damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately via e-mail for resolution. Merchandise must not be returned without prior approval and issuance of a return material authorization number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA#, please email us or call 1-800-227-6745 x3112. Issuance of an RMA# does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize credit to be taken. Merchandise determined to be defective by the applicable manufacturer shall either be replaced or credit will be issued at our discretion.  Merchandise that is returned as defective, and determined not to be, will be returned to the customer. Merchandise returned with a valid RMA# for any other reason, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special orders may not be returned. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.

No agent, employee or representative of Atlas Specialty Lighting has any authority to bind the Seller to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning the goods sold under this agreement and unless an affirmation or representation or warranty made by an agent, employee or representative is specifically included within the written agreement it has not formed a part or basis of this agreement and shall not in any way be enforceable by the buyer.

The goods sold here-under are warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials for thirty (30) days.  This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranties, including all implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose and of any other obligation on the part of the seller.
